3. Announcements from the Center for Research on North America (CISAN) at
the National Autonomous University of Mexico:
The publication of a book on “Renewed Federalism in North America” in the
spring of 1999. This will contain a series of essays from academics and
specialists from Canada, the United States and Mexico as a result of a
recent trinational conference held by CISAN in Mexico City.
December 3rd, 1998 – CISAN Seminar to review the results of the Binational
Study U.S.-Mexico on Migration Issues.
